 ORANJESTAD — Art Rules Aruba is an annual educational summer arts program consisting of two-week intensive workshops in a variety of art disciplines. This year, I will be joining the teaching staff of ARA and lead the Rap & Poetry workshop alongside Nigerian Hip Hop lyricist Breis (Breeze). Together, we will guide students in composing their own poems, prose (short stories) and lyrics.

 WILLEMSTAD — Dolfijn FM, the largest Dutch radio station in Curaçao, recently featured an interview held with me for their magazine. Journalist Joske Huijsman explored the string of events that led to where I am today. Huijsman touched key questions challenging me to reflect on my past and make meaning of my present. My work, my method and my artistic philosophy of collaborating with numerous artists are among the themes discussed in this interview, which made the front cover of the 155th volume.
