The team at Faro Blanco Restaurant share a special connection with light. The breathtaking sunset views from the terrace, the equally magnificent sunrises witnessed by New Years revelers atop this hill, and, most importantly, the personalized service to every guest, all revolve around the light they cherish so dearly. Inspired by these notions, I wrote Keepers of Light.
