Renowned restaurateur and hospitality expert, Will Guidara, was set to keynote Aruba’s World Tourism Day Conference 2023. I thoroughly enjoyed his book “Unreasonably Hospitality,” which encapsulates a profound philosophy that once elevated his former restaurant, Eleven Madison Park, to number one in the world. As the conference host, I wanted to introduce Will in a special way, so I went on a mission to find an example of “unreasonable hospitality” in Aruba, which I discovered at the Ritz-Carlton.
